Frost buildup in fridge after 2 weeks

Within the first 2 weeks of purchase, frost started to buildup on the back wall of the fridge. The freezer is fine. We called service and they came today. The tech removed the back wall panel and noticed the styrofoam on the base of the fridge where cold air from the freezer comes in was broken causing a leak in the seal. This leak caused more cold air to flow in from the freezer to the fridge. The tech used tape to fix the styrofoam and ensured an adequate seal. I will monitor and provide updates in a few weeks to see if this solved the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First ever new appliance

Only had the appliance for a day but really like color. Sturdy handles and the light inside that brightens as you are getting things out is nice. I wish the inside water dispenser was a little larger to be able to fill cups or bottles a little quicker.
