Not great.

We have had lots of problems a with out refrigerator. The water feature does not work. Now after 1 year and 4 months, the motor is making a horrible sound. I thought the neighbors were mowing the lawn!

I wrote a review before when the refrigerator was making loud noises but EG response helped me solve the problem. I figured out how to turn off the ice maker and the noises stopped. I’m much happier with the frig now. It looks good and it has a good seal to keep in the cold. Also like the split shelves especially the one that slides back for taller items. Would recommend.

I really love this refrigerator/freezer. It has so much room! I don't have to search for anything hidden anymore. I can't say enough good things about this appliance. The service/ delivery men were so professional! We also ordered a stove that's being delivered tomorrow. Can't wait!! Thank you so much!

Very pretty refrigerator. The functions of setting both refrigerator and freezer temperature are difficult. Also, cannot simultaneously monitori both freezer and refrigerator temps … this is very frustrating as I would like both to be displayed when I open the door. The interior third drawer is awkward and we don’t have enough room for fruits and vegetables. Refrigerator is less than 30 days installed and already make abnormal condenser noises.

I wanted to give 4 1/2 stars. My only complaint is that the doors slam closed, rather than closing softly. Otherwise, I like the new refrigerator, it has much more room in the freezer and the cooling section than my last refrigerator, which was a side-by-side. I won't go back to a side-by-side.
