Clean and High End!

We love our new fridge so much! It’s so easy to clean and I can easily see everything at once, and we love the ice machine and water dispenser. The stainless stain does not leave fingerprints like most do which is great for our family. The freezer has lots of room and holds plenty for us. Highly recommend!

Defective refrigerator had to return

Delivery team installed and turned on refrigerator. Neither refrigerator nor freezer ever became cool. Had to return. I purchased GE due to good reviews very disappointing

So far, so good!

So far, the fridge is working well. It hasn't been installed long enough to know how it works over the long-run, but the installation was easy and it cooled off relatively quickly. Ample space and I appreciate the spaces with extra height for tall bottles.

Great Fridge

We've only had the refrigerator for one day, but we are very pleased with it. The slate color is gorgeous. Everything seems to be working well. The lighting inside is great, the icemaker produces lots of ice and the motor is quiet. The only downside is the very lowest shelf on each door. The bin that goes above it sticks out and you can't see what is on the lowest shelf and the height of the lowest shelf with the bin above it isn't very high. I've put some shorter jars in those spaces, so it's fine.

This GE refrigerator (model: GNE25JYKHFFS) replaces a dead 25 year old refrigerator, the old condenser wanted nothing to do with the month long (7/2023) record high global warming/humidity. This bottom freezer Refrigerator has some different features to explore. This new refrigerator is a bit smaller, which we like, much easier to gain full access to clean. We had a heck of a time cleaning or retrieving containers from the back shelves of the old one (too deep) with 2 side by side doors against a wall within 1" of both sides. We like that the water filter is "eye level". The old one was within 3" of the floor. We gave up the outer ice dispenser for a smaller model on wheels, our old one had no wheels. We do not like, nor do we use it, as the location of the interior water dispenser button is in the fold of the left door. There is also no designated egg compartment which is a different downside. But again we like the smaller size. Just ordered a really nice egg dispenser & water bottle holder(s). Finally, the stainless steel finish is what we had before. Looks nice in our 12x24 kitchen/dining room.

Spacious, simple, functional

The refrigerator is nice. Deep door shelves, love the glass shelves which make it seem bigger and you are able to see things in the back better. Not thrilled about the doors being uneven when it arrived. Had to have service come out and fix it. Also, delays in receiving it. Delivery date was pushed back once.
