Such a great fridge!

We needed to replace our refrigerator and it had been an ideal fit for our kitchen. I dreaded this until we found this new GE. It has deeper shelves and storage drawers providing better capacity for our food items. It cools food off quickly when I add items from the store. I love the lighting which makes it easier to find items. The size is perfect and the stainless steel surface is easy to clean… looks really sharp!
It is quiet and I love the energy efficiency of this model. We are so happy that we found this model!

Capacity a little small
Cooling excellent
Shelving a little off = need more room to include all shelves. I had to take one down to fit my juice/water bottles.
Energy seems good. Too soon to tell.

Less than perfect freezer

I don't like that the top drawer in the freezer pulls out with the bottom drawer, and that I cannot push it all the way back without getting past some sort of bump or block.

This fridge is a great model for our family that includes 3 teen boys. The ice maker actually makes more than enough for us. That's a first! We even have an ice maker we bought separately because our previous fridge could not do the job.

I had a problem with waterline leak when installed put some sealant tape on connector and it worked.

GE Fridge - great for the most part

We got this fridge b/c our LG fridge bit the dust and couldn't be salvaged. we had a narrower than usual space to put a fridge and I wanted a fridge with french doors and wasn't too small. This model fit the bill.
I LOVE how the doors hold so much stuff!! I wish the fridge shelves were more adjustable. Also - periodically, some foodstuffs in the fridge get a freezer burn/icey - I raised the thermostat by 1 degree in the fridge but hope this is just a temporary issue. Also love how easy to clean the fridge is

I love the look of the refrigerator, shelving is adequate and so far so good. I do not like the water component on the inside. it's not easy to use. you need an extension on the water tube. You have to have the doors open and use both hands to fill your cup while filling it up!
I would recommend this to a friend!
