Loud rattling noise

The unit arrived with a dented door. A replacement has been ordered. More concerning is a loud rattling noise that we hope gets fixed. If it does my rating would be higher. But for now the noise is very irritating

We're glad you got in touch and scheduled a replacement, we're confident that it will arrive in great condition. Remember, it can take about 24 hours before it stabilizes and reaches the preset temperatures. Also, you may hear the fan running more frequently as it catches up the environment.

Like the shelf and door set up and the drawers. Bottom freezer is great. upper doors do not seal well enough to prevent sweating. Need to wipe water off each time door is opened. Owner’s paperwork says this can be normal if humid weather. Not humid now and just opening one side to take out one item will cause more sweating. Do not think this is right.

A very disappointing purchase that has required 2 service calls in the first 4 months of ownership. If you prefer a quiet running frig, do not get this one!
