Not sure about overall quality

This French door refrigerator is a nice size and has nice features. It cools well. However, after having it for a couple of months I’m not sure on the overall quality of the unit. The left hand fridge door will not stay open when you try to load it, it wants to close, but only half way. It also makes a strange spring sound near the top hinge. Nether door will close by itself, you have to push them closed all the way. Our last fridge (an LG) easily closed the door itself. The freezer door makes a strange popping sound when you open it and it seems to wobble on the track. It’s like you have to
very carefully pull it open so it doesn’t break.
Additionally, the unit is louder than our last, and the compressor makes a strange popping sound at times.
Overall I’m hoping this unit will last for a while without any problems.

Love the features

We just had this installed today. It was very easy for the men to hook up the water. I love the water dispenser inside. I can finally get rid of the Brita pitcher I've used for 20 years. I also like the French doors. I'm looking forward to this being more efficient then our last refrigerator.

It’s beautiful in design and holds everything exactly as I need it. It cooled down quickly and it wasn’t long before I could put groceries on everything. The doors have so much room for drinks and condiments without worrying about things falling out. The energy efficiency is noticed on my bill and by that, I mean it didn’t really make a dent at all. It stayed the same roughly, and its dimensions fit perfectly in the space we needed. It’s large without being overwhelming.

Poor water dispenser design

The water dispenser inside the fridge is unacceptable! Can only use it for a glass or a cup. You can’t use it to fill a gallon jug or any other vessel and water spills everywhere! You have to use your finger and press really hard to get the water to come out, which is cumbersome and Hard on your fingers overall it’s a very poor design!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Concern with several features.

As an 84 year old I find the water dispenser pad actuator extremely difficult to operate due to the necessity to hold strong pressure on the pad for a considerable time. Also, the ice cube on/off switch is located in an awkward location to reach. Otherwise, I like everything else about the product.
BTW you may ask why did I buy this model in the first place.....I didn't, it came with my apartment.
