I am so happy with this refrigerator!

I love this refrigerator. I had a side-by-side before and decided, since I have a standalone freezer, to go with the French Door because it offers more refrigerator space, which I needed. This refrigerator has been described by some reviews as being noisy. I don't really think it is...it doesn't make any more noise than my other one and it makes me feel assured it is working! The ice maker is awesome. This was one of my worries cuz my frigidaire was an ice making fool, but this one doesn't disappoint! The lights inside the refrigerator part and the layout of it make it easy to see everything easiy. The freezer space is a little smaller than my side-by-side was, but it still holds quite a lot! I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you GE!

Very roomy for smaller size

This fridge has a lot of room for its size. Nice conveniences. Wanted ice maker and water dispenser, but did not want to pay the extra for being on outside of door. Water dispenser works nice, but need two hands as you need to hold down button. The shelves are almost too big and needed to leave one out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall happy with the refrigerator but makes tapping sounds when it starts to run. It is located in an open area, so the sound is heard thru out the kitchen and living room.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Every Refrigerator cools and freezes...but

We love the layout and the split shelf. We purchased this model because of the inside water dispenser. Turns out that this water filter is one of the most expensive to replace and the taste off the water is horrible! Had to replace the filter at 30 days and then the 2nd one wasn't much better. Loved my LG only because of the water filter.
