GE refrigerator with French doors

Bought a GE after my Samsung bit the dust after 11 years. This refrigerator is much nicer that the old French door frig I had. You can tell it is a better quality refrigerator! I love it!! It has much more room and you can’t hear it running. I will buy GE again.

Solid refrigerator with basic fucntionality.

Functions as expected. Shelving and drawers could be more substantial. Freezer doesn't accommodate frozen pizza boxes very well. I needed this size to fit into an existing space. Hope this last longer than my last refrigerator.

This Fridge is the right size for my apartment kitchen. It holds a lot of Food for my Family.
The Freezer potion is very spacious.
Inside water Dispenser is a pleasant surprise.

I love the French doors and the water dispenser being on the inside of the refrigerator instead of the outside. lots of drawers, space on the shelves and shelves for the doors. Easy access to everything

Refrigerator runs ALOT. Our home is an open concept so we hear the refrigerator running while we are sitting in the living room - very annoying

Thanks for taking the time to reach out. It's normal for the refrigerator motor to stop during the defrost cycle and while in this mode, no matter where you set the thermostat, the compressor will not come on. The motor will start again upon completion of the automatic defrost cycle (in about 35 minutes). It is also normal for the compressor to start and stop often as the temperature control tries to maintain even temperatures (much like an air conditioner's thermostat). The refrigerator may run 75% - 90% of the time, and in hot, humid areas, may even approach 100% run time.
