Doors don't shut easy. You have to shut them hard or they sttay open a little.

This refrigerator has enough door shelving for our needs. I love the divider in the full width drawer in fridge! I needed a refrigerator in a little smaller footprint than I had before without sacrificing space inside. This refrigerator is perfect!

Disappointed in the super slow water dispenser set with button that’s hard to press. Barely room for a glass underneath. Freezer frosts food. Ice is cloudy.

The refrigerator is good, the freezer is not good.

The freezer drawer does not consistently close properly. If it does not close properly than it has a lot of frost throughout the whole freezer. Also the shelfs are made of a inexpensive material. Also a sediment in the refrigerator water dispenser and ice cubes. We are not totally satisfied with this product.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review your refrigerator. We're so sorry to hear that the freezer drawer does not always close properly and you are seeing black particles in the water. It's understandable how irritating this must be to deal with.
If the filter is newly installed or just recently changed, black particles may be noticed in the water. These black particles are fine carbon particles left over from the manufacturing process.
To correct:
Flushing the system as outlined in the install instructions will eliminate this situation.
It is recommended that two to three gallons be flushed through filters for approximately five minutes.
Regarding the freezer drawer, a technician would be needed to correct the issue. You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
