Plastic on bottom shelf is not durable.

Would not recommend. It is loud. If products are not 100% within the borders of the shelves, the air does not flow right, causing products to freeze. It is also loud. The plastic on the shelving is not durable and I am hoping that GE will stand by this product for the replacement part.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Took 6+ months to arrive at the warehouse to pick up, but they arrived in great shape. Fairly easy to install.

We really like it's efficiently when it comes to space. It seems to have much more space than it's cubic foot says it has. We are very happy with our purchase.

I was not completely happy with the more flimsy plastic parts in the both the freezer and the adjustable full to half shelf. I thought that could have been made with a stronger plastic or metal but overall it is a good purchase.
