The shelving system is not that great. There's no space to put large containers e.g. Gallon milk Jugs, Brita water filters.
Water filter is in top right of refrigerator. Ice is in freezer on the left. Water spout is on left of refrigerator - after 2 weeks water still tastes of charcoal.

We are going to make sure we note down your feedback about the shelving and share it with our product team. We know it can be important to have space for larger items. Also, for the water tasting like the filter, we suggest flushing the system, this can be done by holding down the dispenser for 3 minutes.

Attractive but just adequate

It looks pretty, we really love the slate color. Ice maker and water dispenser work well. It is hard to clean nooks and crannies when something spills, especially when it seeps under shelves. Plastic door bins break easily and frequently. Temperature is apparently inconsistent because items spoil much more quickly than in our previous refrigerator when set to 36 degrees. Any colder setting freezes the food in the back.
I would recommend this to a friend!
