Love the spaciousness and visibility.

The unit has run great except when we tried to replace the water filter and it shut off the water supply. I've just scheduled a GE tech to come in a few days, but I think it's because there's a shut off valve in the back that detects leaking, so hopefully they can fix that! The ice tray underneath gets a little messy as there are holes in the shelf and ice cubes fall through, but other those issues, I would recommend this fridge.

Wonderful product to replace my 27-year old fridge. Dismayed to learn this one will probably last only 10 years? GE should rethink its planned replacement policy based on maximizing sales revenue. Be a thought leader, rather than a follower! Only disappointment is that crisper drawers are smaller than in my previous fridge due to drawer design. Love the adjacent LED lighting, though, and the deep shelves on both of the doors. Overall, a formidable product at a competitive price.

Love the ice and water option. It is a nice size and holds alot more than my side by side did. I had a smaller space than the larger standard size French door options and it fits just right. Others were too small.

Lots of Room and Very Cold

This configuration is so much better than our side by side. The ample room allows us to store larger platters. Ice maker is a champ and the filtered water is so much better than regular tap or the water that was treated through our old fridge.

Perfect Size with lots of Shelves

I always purchase GE appliances. The GE 24.8 cu ft French Door Refrigerator has a spacious interior with lots of easy to move shelf units as well as on the doors. I really like the spacious drawers for fruits/vegetables and meats. I also like the spacious pull out freezer with 2 large sliding drawers to organize frozen food. I highly recommend this GE French Door Refrigerator.
