We picked this french door refrigerator because it fit the space we had, it's about an inch shorter than some others that made a difference for fitment. It has decent features and looks good, hopefully it doesn't have any problems like other GE appliances we've owned in the recent past. Hoping that their quality has improved, guess we'll find out.

I love this refrigerator. It's huge. We don't use the ice maker due to poor taste and quality of our city water so glad we can turn that part off. Freezer is so spacious we don't need the stand up freezer we have any more. Overall I just love it. The color is beautiful too.

I like this refrigerator/freezer. The water source is inside the fridge which is fine with me. However, if there were more people living in my home, I would have purchased the model with the water and ice on the exterior for the sake of convenience. I’m hoping my ice maker makes it more than 2 years. My previous 2 refrigerator ice make went kaput after two years.

The ice craft stopped working and the plastic clip underneath the door broke to keep the door securely closed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
