Hi there, and thanks for reporting this to us. We truly hate to hear you’ve had an issue with ice forming on the back wall as well as condensation on the outside of the doors – we know this must be concerning, especially as you’ve only had the unit a few weeks. We regret any inconvenience caused.

Placing warm food in the compartment (especially uncovered food) may cause ice to form temporarily. Ice forming on the walls may also be the result of warm air getting into the compartment – you may want to make sure nothing is stopping the door from closing completely, and check the gasket to ensure there are no gaps or tears preventing a proper seal. If there is an issue with the seal, that may also account for condensation on the outside as cold air escapes from the interior. Some moisture forming on the outside can be normal during periods of high humidity, as well.
