We love the light inside this refrigerator. There is so much storage in the doors, and also on the shelves, that put things in plain sight. It is nice to be able to separate fruits and vegetables, and have so much storage for them.

We've only had this refrigerator for two days. All features work perfectly. Amazing packaging designed to keep glass shelving and plastic parts protected from breakage during shipping. So far we're happy with our purchase.

VERY creaky freeze drawer

Opening and closing the freezer sounds like something in serious need of WD40 which I don't think is appropriate for a refrigerator
Also the freezer and refrigerator temperature only seem to increase not decrease when trying to adjust the temperature

Hello -Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry you have a noisy freezer drawer. Try rubbing paraffin wax or petroleum jelly along the edges of the entire gasket. Paraffin wax is used for canning and is safe for use around food.
When you try to adjust the refrigerator temperature, keep pressing the Fridge pad; once the temperature gets to the highest setting it starts over at the lowest setting. From there, press tapping the pad until you reach the desired temperature. The recommended temperature is 37 degrees. The same is true for the Freezer temperature control. Just keep pressing it until it cycles through back to the recommended setting of 0 degrees.
