Adequate Large Refrigerator

I have had this product for about a month.
POSITIVES:
Door storage. The shelves/containers in the doors are large enough to hold gallons of milk and height adjustable.
Water dispenser. Water is dispensed without dripping once you pull your cup away. The button to start flow is at the top and must be activated with a finger instead of a cup but I like that feature since all cups aren't able to press a lever or button without collapsing.
Ice maker. Make ice quickly.
NEGATIVE:
Noisy. I know refrigerators make noise but when the compressor activates you notice it in the next room. If you are having a conversation it is loud enough to interrupt you and require the next volume level for your voice. When the ice maker refills the noise of the water refilling the ice maker is loud enough that my wife has me turn the ice maker off at night because it wakes her.
Water filter location: The water filter is located on the back wall at the bottom of the refrigerated section. You will have to remove all the food from the bottom shelf to replace the filter.
Water temperature: A coil of tubing is used to store the water in the cool area of the refrigerator. There is only enough water in that coil to fill about 8 oz. then you are getting water at the same temperature as your cold tap water coming out of the sink.
Door closure. You must close the doors all the way. Many refrigerators have a close assist feature that will somehow assist in closing the door all the way once you get it close to the closed position. Particularly the freezer door which is a large drawer. The door closing assist feature I have used would finish closing the freezer drawer one it was within about 4 in. of closing.
Freezer door quality. The door easily gets "cockeyed" unless you pull or push at the center of the handle. I have already gotten it stuck in the open position and had to push on the opposite side of the handle to even things back up before it would close.
Shelf quality. The rails on the sliding shelf are made of plastic and have warped so that a lip extends past the glass shelf.

For the door closures and freezer drawer, it is important to make sure the unit is leveled properly. The front of the refrigerator should be about 1/4" higher than the rear. This will help the doors fall close after a certain point. We purchased GE because we have other appliances. First time We purchased fridge. Most I don’t like that we cannot adjust shelves every inch, only every 3 inches, which doesn’t allow to change much and fit things in, especially taller things. If you change shelves, than leave to small another shelf. Therefore, even that size it’s ok, in the end not much that you can fit in. Also, it’s high on price. It has nice freezer. Good size.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are nice wide shelves inside the doors but there’s a small one buried beneath them so you have to bend over to see what is hiding there.
The freezer bins are partially covered by a retractable shelf which doesn’t go back all the way so you can’t see what’s in the back of the major storage area.
Yes the fingerprint proof doors are fingerproif. Not the handles but most of it is good.,
