Convenient and reliable

Had this unit over a year now and been very pleased. A little inconvenient to not have ice in door but water spicket inside door work well. Very roomy interior and well lighted.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Although we waited 4 months for delivery and were “rescheduled” 4 times, the refrigerator seems fine once we got it. We have had it about 4 weeks, and my experience with refrigerators is they are all great at the 4 week mark.
I would recommend this to a friend!

In general I have no complaint on the refrigerator other than noise. Noise is way higher than expected. Also, s.steel doors are a magnet for all type of fingerprints and stains.
Performance is good and i like the door open alarm feature.

Good basic refrigerator

We were a little skeptical about purchasing a refrigerator with many negative noise reviews but didn't have many choices. Our narrow width requirements left few choices. That being said... We are satisfied with this choice. It is a little bit noisier than our 18 year old Whirlpool replacement! It does lack all the bells and whistles. It does show fingerprints. (Our side by side was white) Inside water dispenser is a bit of a chore.
It has worked perfectly for the month and a half we have owned it. Plenty of ice is produced and bin is large enough for us. Hopefully continues to work well for the next 18 years!

Some issues

As like in most older homes, we needed a certain size fridge/freezer. It was actually larger than anticipated, the doors to our house and the fridge/freezer doors had to be removed and it was still a tight fit getting thru the door. I came home 3 hours after instillation and opened the fridge door and the LED lights were not on. I called the store where it was purchased from and they scheduled someone to come look at it. Two young guys came, pushed a button a couple times and said it was "fixed". It was not fixed. I called again and was told that in this model the lights can not be replaced, so they said they would replace the whole appliance. After waiting 3 months, I received a call that they were bringing the new fridge/freezer. When they came, they actually had a replacement part (after I scrambled to empty the whole thing!!) that they installed and the light has been on ever since. The light makes all the difference, we can actually see inside the fridge. The only thing is that it is against the wall on one side and you cannot pull the long bottom drawer out the whole way, the fridge door blocks it. I think I would actually prefer one door instead of the french doors but overall we are satisfied. Beware if you have issues with the inside lights!!!
