The freezer drawer acts like it’s not on it’s track but it is and we can’t get the unit level, disappointed

We have found the French Door w/bottom Freezer design provides easy access to the food in the refrigerator.

Love Fench Door Refrigerator...Dislike Freezer

I really like (and always have) a top side refrigerator; let's face it - most of the reason why you purchase a Refrigerator was for using the refrigerator piece....and GE has delivered on this area (the adjustable shelf is a bad design; and I would not recommend this peice to anyone).
For this specific model; the freezer is nice to have, but really does need some improvement - the freezer drawer just doesn't not extend out very far (12-13"); causing the acccess to the freezer/it's overall capacity to be quite limited. Don't even get me started on trying to get in there to turn the ice maker on/off....someone who enjoys Yoga might find this a fun activity....I nor my family does not.
Overall, I like the product, but if you could PLEASE allow the drawer to extend out further on future modes; and make the ice maker in the bottom easier to access/adjust, I would find this product much more pleasing.
