Refrigerator stops working. Loose all the food in freezer too. This has happened twice to me. Control board goes out...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product. Has a vibrate sound . Not all the time that I cannot locate. Other than that I love this fridge

Small Freezer

While I love the fridge portion, the freezer is way to small
I dont like the two massive drawers and even though this refrigerator us larger, the freezer is smaller than the top and bottom model it replaced. My previous freezer had three shelves and storage on the door
Overall the refrigerator is quiet and efficient

First-time French door style refrigerator owner. So far so good. Getting used to the features is an on-going experience. You can't just swing the doors closed. You must make a deliberate effort to assure that they get closed, otherwise they pop back open. Not an easy task to do when your hands are full.
Not too sure I like the fact that both exterior doors must be open to easily pull out either side of the vegetable/fruit bins, or the all-across-the-bottom meat tray bin.
The temperature set feature is nice to use. When first installed the temp. was set at 37°. (It froze my mixed berry fruit bowl in the fruit bin) Adjusting the temp up to 40° seemed to be a better choice for my liking.
