Love my new fridge

We got the GNE25JGKBB french door fridge almost a month ago and are loving it! It's got all the space we need. We don't use the water or ice cube maker, so can't speak to the performance of those items. The first day we noticed a loud noise happening at regular intervals and it turned out to be the ice maker trying to make ice without having water connected. Once we turned off the ice maker all was great! I can't yet speak to long term reliability, but so far it's working great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just what we were looking for

Due to size constraints, we had settled on a standard stainless steel refrigerator by another maker with front door water and ice dispenser (features we didn't necessarily desire), but we were fortunate and came across this line that was exactly what we were looking for in both design (botton freezer and no external dispenser) and appearance.(not your typical stainless steel). Very happy with this purchase!

Love the features of this refrigerator...our favorite is the cold/filtered water dispenser located INSIDE the refrigerator. No water dripping or ice falling on the floor! And the slate color is beautiful

Nice size doors, good ability to adjust shelving heights and shelves in the door. I wish just one of the door shelves came out easily for transferring all condiments to table.

This refrigerator is everything that was advertised and a bit more. The refrigerator is spacious with lots of room for tall items and allows for easier access to items in the back (no more bending over to see inside the refrigerator). The freezer is twice the size of our old on top freezer.

Love Refrigerator but disappointed in water filter

Have only had a few weeks, but so far I love it. ...Until I bought a water quality tester. I was always leery of my tap water, and so was excited to have a good quality water filtration system. I've been using the water, thinking it was good. I decided to test it against my tap water...and to my shock, it actually tested WORSE! My tap water was 216 ppm, the refrigerator water was at 260 ppm. I even repeated my test multiple times. Guess I'll just keep using bottled spring water, it only measures 12 ppm...bummer. Would have given it 5 stars if it hadn't been for this.
