Loads of features offer great convenience and organization. Slide in half shelf is very handy when storing an extra item. Turbo cool is great for keeping all things cold after putting something warm into the refrigerator. Deep door shelves store 2 liter bottles easily.

Purchased this model primarily bc of price, wanted GE to match other appliances, and I wanted “white”.. I like everything about it except the water dispenser in the inside. It is In an awkward position and slow. Wish I’d spent the extra money for the outside dispenser.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm quite fond of the freezer in the bottom and the french-door configuration. My last GE refrigerator leaked cold air constantly around the upper freezer seal. That resulted in condensation running down the door in all kinds of weather. It created mildew that was almost impossible to clean off the day, and I knew that it couldn't be good that the cold air was exiting the freezer. It took quite a bit for me to choose GE a second time - once burned, twice shy. In the end, it had the dimensions and features I was looking for, and the only thing holding me back was prior experience. I took a chance, feeling unsettled, but this appliance is doing a lot towards changing my opinion of your company's products. Thank you!
