Overall the fridge is great. Like the adjustable door shelving; and the full lighting which makes it very easy to see everywhere including the crisper drawers. Wish the fridge was a bit wider and a bit less deep, more like the one I had to replace, but overall its more than satisfactory.
One downside however is the location of the on/off button for the freezer ice maker. It's so far back, I have to use a dowel to reach the switch to turn on/off. A bit of a pain.

The water dispenser is weird on the inside but I'm sure I'll get used to it. I'm still working on a good way to utilize space in the freezer but it's completely worth not having to bed over Everytime I need something from the fridge. The bottom drawer in the fridge is quite squeeky, hopefully that'll work itself out. Lighting is awesome, the door alarm is great and all the space makes me really happy. The only (minor) issue I have is the motor is a little loud, but not really, it's like a pleasantly pound hum.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Need a meat drawer with lower temps

I went from a top freezer, single door top and bottom, old refrigerator to this bottom freezer style. I absolutely LOVE the freezer on the bottom! It has a great ice maker, and a water source is inside the unit --no mess on the door! Its nice to have the water filter also. I find I like the french doors and its definitely easier to see what is in the refrigerator--no more on the knees searching! There does seem to be less room in the refrigerator portion, but I'm ok with that. The big thing I do miss is there is no temperature controlled meat drawer..or any meat drawer for that matter! To me, living alone, that is such a necessity! My understanding was the deli drawer was temperature adjustable, but the colder setting is no where near where it needs to be. So, now I have to do a lot more vacuum sealing and freezing my meat even though I use it a few days later. Vacuum sealing is expensive and its a pain in the neck to go through the thawing process all the time! Because of the lack of a good meat drawer, I can only give this unit a 4 star rating. And...whatever happened to the butter compartment? Not a necessity, but helped with organization.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

More capacity than our previoud refrigerator/freezer. See through shelves make it easier to find items. The black exterior matches our other appliances. No problem with finger prints. Signals us if a door is open too long or accidentally left ajar.

This refrigerator is very nice. It has good organizing of shelves even in the freezer. There is a filtered cold water dispenser inside the refrigerator and an ice maker in the freezer, it is also very quiet. The size is just exactly right for the space it sits in.
