I have owned my refrigerator for 2 months and have had no issues. The inside is sooo spacious!! I was worried that it would be too small, yet there is more than enough room. I love the sliding shelf. It gives more room for taller objects such as 2 liter bottles, etc. The door shelves have plenty of space for several 2 gallon jugs. I heard reviews that there was only enough room for one 2 gallon jug. That is definitely not the case. You can move shelves to accommodate what you need stored. I love it!!

Poor Design

Our 4 year old GE refrigerator got a Freon leak that would have cost more to repair than to get a new fridge so with reluctance we bought this one. The freezer is poorly designed. The thin drawer that sits atop the two bins does not move back out of the way so it is physically impossible to see anything at the back of the bin and if something is narrow at the back of the bottom bin it is nearly impossible to get it out without unloading things forward of it to pull it out from under the shelf and out.
In the refrigerator the veggie drawers are so much shorter in height I cannot stack food containers like my prior one and tall/long veggies do not go in the drawer easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this refrigerator since just before Thanksgiving. I had several fridges that I was considering and read many reviews like this one. It does make some noise at times, I have turned off the ice maker so that is not the source. The noise is not a bother to me since the fridge that it replaced was noisier. I am very pleased over all so far. I would give it a 5 star rating if it lasts as long as my previous refrigerator did. Make sure you measure your doorways top and bottom width, this barely made it in through the various doorways.

Very unhappy with the bins in this refrigerator! They are NOT flush with the shelves they are attached to making it impossible to regulate for fruits & vegetables. Also makes it impossible to contain odors from meat drawers. Plus the drawers are noisy when opening or closing! The open shelf for tall items is VERY small. Beware!!

Water dispenser

I should have purchased a model with on outside water dispenser. This model has dispenser in awkward spot. Cannot be energy efficient with the time the door must be open to fill a water glass. Other than that love the refrig.
