It is small but we are constrained by the size of the space in which to put it. I am very disappointed in the door closure. One has to push them closed for a good seal. They do not close other own.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water inside poor design

The spicket Inside the door should have the button under the spout. Did not realize this at first. Also there is a very loud pop after getting water. I don’t use it.

Our product design division takes suggestions into account when planning future products. Also, a newly installed refrigerator contains air in the water lines. Dispense water for at least 5 minutes to remove air from the water line, and flush the filter. On models with a dispenser, during water dispense, you may hear the water lines move at initial dispense and after dispenser button is released. This is normal. Any other sounds may require a technician for diagnosis. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliance technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm - SUEatGEA

Replacement for 1997 GE side by side

Ordered October 11 and installed a week later. Quiet, deeper cooling area. We like the freezer drawer. Ice maker works, indoor water filter is an excellent idea. The shelves and other plastics are not up to the older standards but are serviceable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

OUR NEW FRIDGE

This fridge looks amazing! We are new home owners and our kitchen needed new quality and reliable appliances. This is exactly the width that we wanted since our fridge space was limited. Love the LED lights and the space. The kids have their designated snack drawer which is great! We paired this with Microwave and Gas slide in range! Hope it lasts us many years to come! The color does indeed pair up with any kitchen color.
PS- Were can I find the door bin mats to add on to prevent sliding of items on the door?

We have had this refrigerator for about two months now. Runs quietly. Like the bottom freezer drawer very much. An upgrade from the one we had.

Nice upgrade

Purchased as part of a kitchen update. French door, bottom freezer wasn't in my plan, but my elderly mother liked the idea of not having to bend to access everyday items. Turns out this is a really nice frig and larger than our old one which now functions for holiday overflow.
The only thing I dislike about this is the sucking sound when the french doors are opened.

Love this fridge!

I really like this fridge. It's so easy to organize and I love that I only have to open one side to get to exactly what I need. I was afraid that it would be smaller than my old refrigerator but it's not. You can rearrange the shelves to meet your needs exactly. It's very quiet and it looks nice too!
