Lovely to look at

The product manual is not helpful. I can certainly find the fridge temperate control and can figure out that I press it but I am trying to lower the temp after I admittedly fiddled with it yesterday. I pressed the control and the temp only increases. How do I lower it? Keep holding the control? Does it peak at 50 and then start to go down?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the great cooling, looks great. Inside is wonderful, but the inside water dispenser is cheap looking. Not GE style!!!

Some great features and some not so great

We've had the refrigerator for a little over a month now and overall, and it is a huge improvement from our old refrigerator. Going in, we knew that the water dispenser was inside the refrigerator, which is great, we don't lose any storage space in the door, but the button to press for water to dispense has to pressed rather hard, it would be nice if it didn't need so much pressure. Another compaint is the refrigerator wide drawer, we have so far tried to avoid having both doors open, however the full width drawer requires both doors to be fully open to be opened, not very well thought out in our opinion. Our last complaint is regarding the ice maker in the freezer drawer. It works great, production is just what we need, however if the drawer is open and the ice maker dispenses ice, it will end up on the bottom of the freezer and there is no easy access to get that ice cleared out. It would be nice if there was a toggle switch to make sure the ice isn't ejected while the drawer is open. Beyond those 3 oversights by the designers, the refrigerator is great with a lot of interior space and lighting.
