Atl last! French doors for a 33" opening.

Our refrigerators were always the freezer on the top, typical units. We are excited to finally have French doors. There are some options on shelf and door bin arrangements. The tiny door bins meant for the bottom of each door are not my favorites. It's difficult to place items there.
The bottom-freezer will take some getting used to. Even with bins to organize it, it does not hold as much as our previous top-freezer. I wish the ice tray was about half its current size. Food is more important to me than ice.
I purchased a refrigerator/freezer thermometer and the settings are spot-on. Running on TurboCool, it took about 5 hours to get to the recommended temperatures in freezer and refrigerator sections. Of course it had been on a truck for most of the day in temperatures close to 90 degrees.
The unit is not overly loud. Since I had checked a consumer magazine prior to purchase, I was expecting it to be a bit louder than my previous refrigerator.
I've only had it for 4 days, but am pleased with my purchase. I love the Slate color.

I bought this GE french style refrigerator back in February 2017. I ordered on line, so simple. The features are great lots of room, top & bottom. The inside water dispenser was the selling point for me. I have city water & this filtered water is awesome. It is quiet, keep the tray full of ice. The temperature is pre-set as 37' which keeps things really cool. Just love it. Oh, I got the slate grey and absolutely love , love the color.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There is a place for everything in this fridge. Plus you can see it all due to the excellent lighting. I couldn't be happier with this quiet GE model. Since I didn't get the water feature there is even more room in the door on the left side of the fridge. Having the two door access is very convenient. Couldn't be better!
