Nice Cooler

Can't possibly tell at this time if the chiller will be trouble free or not. I have only had it for a few weeks, but so far no infant mortality.
It does hold a constant temperature and all function work. One nice feature is that it does provide water from an outlet on the left side. I didn't want a front door dispenser, it is just another thing to go wrong and eat up space in the box, so the internal cold water supply is a bonus.
Storage and shelving is adequate, but there is only one shelf that stores a gallon container of milk. Not a biggie though.
I don't know if it is common in French door chillers, but you do have to close the doors by hand, they don't close automatically.

Working nicely

Pro: very nice lighting in the interior of the fridge and freezer. Very roomy and the adjustable shelves are great. Really like the small "snack" shelves on the bottom of both doors and the water/ice not really taking up too much space. Ice freezes quickly. Unit as a whole is very quiet and controls are easy to access.
Con: Water dispenser can be difficult to operate. Drawers seem a bit flimsy. Hopefully will hold up over time. Filter for ice/water is very expensive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very happy with this refrigerator. Love the alarm that sounds if the door is open too long. Ease of removing shelves for cleaning. Love the bottom refrigerator, easier access for shorter people :)

I bought this a year ago and have not been disappointed. The refrigerator works very well and is quiet. I chose to not go with the ice maker options as we are on a well. But we buy our ice and I love the fact that the ice bin is in the bottom freezer. It is just my husband and I and we have lots of room for everything in the bottom freezer. The shelves in the fridge are convenient to move or take out altogether if needed. It is easy to clean also.

Optimized inside volume

this is the best sized fridge I was able to find with the limited space I have. Beside that, it has a water dispenser inside which maximize the fridge available space compared to other fridges with external water dispenser.

Perfect size

Love this new refrigerator. The doors are a little squeaky, maybe with more opening and closing that will go away. We bought this model because of the measurement and the plastic drawers. This is my first purchase of a GE brand. So far, so good.
