Love the deep shelves on the doors!

Got our new refrigerator/freezer a month ago. I especially love the deep shelves on the doors. I have all my salad dressings, on one, condiments on another, milk and coffee creamers on one, pickles and relishes on another. All in all the refrigerator holds far more than my old side by side!

like the sliding shelf and bottom drawer. Also largest interior space in this price range. More room for taller items. Shelves and drawer seemed stronger than some other brands.

Refrigerator space is excellent and maintains temperature well. Freezer is generally convenient, but ice cubes tend to fall off the tray behind the freezer drawer.

Sleek look

We bought this item almost a month ago. We love the sleek design features, such as adjustable door shelves and sliding mid shelves. The moderate size allowed us to fit the appliance into a customized refrigerator space.
There is a built in sensor that buzzes when the door has been open too long. This comes in handy when the door does not close all the way. This happen happened many times already, as the doors tend to want to remain open, unless firmly closed. We appreciate this feature. The digital refrigerator temperature gauge isn't a necessary feature, but it's pretty cool, as is the slowly brightening lighting system. It's very soothing when one opens the refrigerator door. Additionally, the refrigerator is extremely quiet. One cannot hear the typical refrigerator hum. Less white noise within the home.
The freezer compartments are spacious, however it can get difficult to organize food, due to the lack of shelving available. One had to be very organized when stocking the freezer, which can get difficult with a large family. Additionally, the ice maker has a hard to reach on and off button. As an added surprise, we have found that stainless steel appliances are only pretty to look at when no one actually touches them. Unfortunately, the refrigerator gets a lot of business, therefore, this baby has a lot of fingerprints on it and it is quite sightly. Not GE's fault, I suppose, but it sure is annoying.
All in all, we enjoy the upgrade that we've made.
