We'd like to assist with your refrigerator's freezer not staying cold. The first thing we recommend is to check for large items such as trays, platters, food items (like pizza boxes) and ice behind the ice bin that may interfere with door closure. If this doesn't help, the next step we recommend is to make sure the door gaskets are sealing properly. At times this refrigerator is very noisy, like a fan that is unbalanced internally.

Nice looking fridge

I wish the temperature setting was different. The gauge is vague & annoying. It would be nice if there was two separate gauges, one for freezer ,one for fridge. Don't care for the digital with a thermometer to see what the actual temperature is. Also seems very noisy, took a while to get used to the noise. But love the double doors, the shelf that slides back under the other very nice. Ice maker works well although I wish the control for the ice maker was easier to see & not way in the rear of the freezer, very hard to reach. Other than those few issues I like the fridge, it looks nice & keeps food cold.

Please review page 8 of the online Owner's Manual for information regarding the temperature controls - https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--8mdGPmnD--/le1xgtm293xkr1ces10o.pdf - To adjust the fresh food or freezer temperatures, press the Freezer or Fridge pad repeatedly until your desired set temperature is displayed. We recommend the default settings of 0° - freezer and 37° for the refrigerator and then adjust as needed to suit your personal preferences. You'll also find descriptions of the new sounds you can expect to hear on page 44. We do thank you for your feedback.

This is a high value refrigerator for the money. Nice features like an ice maker and cold water dispenser along with a multitude of shelving options and ample storage make this refrigerator comparable to more expensive models without the price tag.

Great device

This refrigerator was selected because it was white, had good lighting and most of all for the accessibility to the items inside. This one stored more inside than previous one and I am still able to see and find all items inside. extras include an ice maker that I did not have before, and a water dispenser, which all work great too. Having a drawer for frozen food is good so things do not fall out when I open it. Also had to fit in a defined area and this one was perfect for the space.
I would recommend this to a friend!
