Great fridge

The fridge gas a ton of space. Only issue is in freezer was 2 plastic arms/ covers with no instructions on where they go

Having come from a home that had an 18 cubic foot old style fridge, this new GE Fridge is a pain to use. The old fridge showed everything on display when you opened the refrigerator door. This one has two doors for the fridge. So sometimes you have to open both doors to see everything. And the freezer is just an outright pain to use. Have to move items around to find what's in the freezer. Or just to find what I am actually looking for. The person(s) who designed this fridge and freezer should be fired.

Good fridge, bad freezer

Overall the fridge portion works great. The built in water cooler will use up its cold water reserves pretty quickly if you’re filling up a larger bottle like a hydro flask.
It’s been about 2 months with the device and my only true gripe at this point in time is with the freezer. Very often the freezer will not shut completely and leave a small gap that’s barely noticeable. Then hours later I would find that w majority of the contents have began to thaw out. The first time this occurred It went for about 3 days un-noticed. This is remediable by slamming the door so hard that it moves the entire fridge and then getting on the floor and feeling for any escaping cold air. Luckily I have a secondary chest freezer already.
Again barring the freezer issue the fridge works great. Great capacity, good spacing in the door for maximum utilization.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Product for the Price

I'm very pleased with my purchase. Hopefully, it will last as long as my old GE Refrigerator/Freezer, although I know it may not.
