The black design is nice, easy to clean, and matches the kitchen perfectly. I love the inside water dispenser, allows for a clean design.

Needs better drawer hardware

Overall, the unit works well. We're having problems with the freezer drawer not closing properly causing a frost condition. The drawer seems to be closed from the outside, but a few hours later we find frost evidence that it was not. There is no way to tell if it's closed or not. The rails that control the drawer are very flimsy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As far as the rails being flimsy, if the freezer drawer is wobbling, crooked or uneven when it is opened, this is called "racking" and it's normal. This racking is an advantage when the freezer drawer closes, allowing the gasket on the freezer drawer better flexibility to seal against the refrigerator cabinet.
This most often occurs when one side of the handle is pulled to open the drawer. To prevent racking, we recommend opening the freezer drawer by pulling straight out from the center of the door handle.

What we needed for limited space.

We had limited space for fit. This size served our purpose. The ice maker feature shut off is hard to reach in the back behind the freezer drawer. The water dispenser button was located in a difficult area for operation of the button while holding a glass.

Awesome Refrigerator

We just love the new refrigerator, everything about it is fantastic. We had a GE refrigerator that had a good long life of 37 years! We love, GE products and look forward to having a good long life with our new refrigerator!
