I really don’t like the bottom pull out on my front door. It don’t open good and it don’t shut good. Looks like it’s cheaply made and wondering how long it’s gonna last me and that’s my opinion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far, so good with the exception that it has a rotation of being silent and then being loud. It is hard to describe, but the loud humming occurs off and on, 24/7. I do like the brightness of the interior and the clear compartments.

Great fridge! Wish the water spout was angled.

We needed to replace an old fridge in our house that we had outgrown (we constantly ran out of space). This new fridge is great. The french doors are so much more convenient than a side-by-side design. No more reorganizing to fit things like a crock pot or a casserole in a 9x13. And there is plenty of space for large things like gallons of milk in the doors. My ONLY complaint is with the interior water dispenser. It works great and the water comes out nice and cold, but the spout is very close to the inside wall of the fridge. So much so that you have to place a cup against the side of the fridge to prevent spilling. For most families that's probably not a big deal, but my wife and daughter both have celiac disease. Cross contamination is a real concern in our house. We cannot have people placing a used cup against that spout area because it would contaminate the space, and the next time my wife and daughter use it they could get very sick. It would have been MUCH safer for us if the spout was angled out a little more so you could use it without direct contact of the drinking surface. But again, this is probably not an issue for most users. We'll just need to monitor guests closely and make sure ONLY clean cups are used to get water out of the fridge.

We had impossible width and height requirements and it had to have a water disposal that did not compromise space for food, ice maker, and a bottom freezer. This little refrigerator managed to fulfill all our requirements.

This is the best fridge I’ve ever owned!!! I always try to buy GE products because of my grandmother. She made it seem like GE was the Rolls Royce of products. When my refrigerator stoped working last week I knew exactly what brand I was going to get. This is only day one and I’m soooo excited. This is the perfect product for me and my family. Thank you GE
