It is a overpriced TV. Definitely not Sony standard. Terrible black levels.

Cannot set up - software update fails

Sadly this TV appears to be defective. On startup, after selecting language and connecting to wifi network the software update tries to run... but fails. Ans the TV setup is stuck in an endless loop. Flashing red lights on the LED seem to indicate some kind of error requiring service.
Sony customer support will call back in "24-48 hours"
Esupport website has no solutions for this problem.
I will be returning the set and choosing another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor speakers

The picture is beautiful, but I am EXTREMELY disappointed by the built-in speakers. They are tinny and have almost no power—doubling or tripling the sound level makes almost no difference at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's to soon to tell. I do need more time to find out. I watch TV only at
night some of our favor shows.
During the day, no TV.
In the book you providing, I don't see what to do with the Camera.
I never had one on the TV. You should have some explanation what to do
with it.

Pungent smell from TV

I bought last year in October. However, due to relocation started to use only from January 2015. But in the last three months, I noticed some kind of unpleasant smell from the TV. I have contacted Sony but so far no response. I have packed it again. Very disappointed.
