Excellent picture quality - better than 4K

We have purchased 55" Samsung 4K first but due to low refreshment rate we ended up returning the product and bought Sony 55" W950B. The quality of picture and screen is the best we ever had among all TVs. technology wise Samsung is competing Sony but there is no competition for Sony when it comes to the picture quality

Picture is pretty amazing and sharp. A little disappointed in the sound. Not as robust as I expected. Was afraid that the set would be too small for the large room it was going into, but the picture is so sharp the size is not an issue.

Incredible Picture

I just installed this TV and am impressed every day by its incredible picture, color clarity and lifelike recreation of detail. I am so happy that I purchased a SONY 2.1 sound-bar along with the television. Although the sound form the TV speakers is good the sound using the sound bar and sub-woofer is equally incredible and matches the picture in quality. The TV is easy to set up, however I am a bit of a techie so the set up is a bit more intuitive and easier for me. I highly recommend pairing a Sony TV with other Sony products (sound-bar and or blue-ray, etc) for seamless integration of the components. A great TV and it arrived on time and in great shape. No problems with online purchase or delivery!

I've bought new Sony TV's since 1980 from a 14. to 19, to 27, to 32 inch Trinitrons and a KDL50inch back lit LCD in 2004 to this LED HDTV and have never been disappointed. Love the clarity and vibrancy!

Awesome Non-4k TV

Awesome TV, picture is extremely vivid, the blacks are rich for a non 4k TV... the sound is the super feature on this TV... rich bass and really loud! have to mention that this TV is not super slim at all, it seems the engineers designed this TV for a stand... it is somewhat heavy,.. and yes even though it's wedged it can be hanged on the wall... it comes with 4 different size spacers... the interface is much better than older models... still not user friendly...this is still Sony achilles heel but its getting better.. I personally don't like the touch pad remote... it was not responding well.. and was all over the place... the other remote was great.. one feature that blew me away was the camera on top... great for Skype...movies are insanely good and sport look fantastic.. Gotta hand it to Sony... when it comes to picture... no one comes close...
