[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my new LG LSSB2692ST for a month now and can honestly state it has exceeded my expectations! I have not been paid or offered any incentives from LG for my purchase. The convenience of the tall water/ice dispenser is fantastic! Our refrigerator and freezer temperatures have been perfect as I’ve used a stand alone thermometer inside both compartments.

After switching it out a year later I started having problems with the other parts like the condenser and also the LEDs inside the fridge… very finicky

I was told someone would contact me in 1-2 days. And it was 8 days. And it was a message which didn’t answer my question. It as right out of a book. My second time with LG’s bad service. If you buy one, be aware.

I have had this refrigerator for almost 4 years and it has worked very well the entire time. It has a lot of very nice features and it’s very roomy. This is a very attractive refrigerator.
