Great dryer. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research on ventless dryers before I purchased one. I love this machine. The size of the drum is so much bigger than I imagined and it dries perfectly. I read a lot of negative reviews about the ventless dryers, but so far, with the machine, none of them are true.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dryer about six months ago, but did not install due to other reviews which lead me to believe that it did not get very hot and took an exceptionally long time to dry. This was so untrue. As a self confessed energy conserving geek, this dryer is awesome. It heats to what seems just as hot as the prior conventional dryer and the idea that I’m using 50-60% less energy is truly unbelievable. Drying time seems to me to be exactly the same as my conventional dryer. Filters are easy to clean. There are plenty of cycles for me. The only negative I can see so far is the lack of a light in the dryer cavity. Otherwise, I am more than satisfied and very happy that I switched to this heat pump dryer. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Great dryer

We had a situation where our dryer venting was not up to code. Instead of repairing the vent which would have cost a lot, we decided to spend a little more money and get this ventless option. It dries amazingly well. The clothes are soft, warm, and wrinkle free. It takes a little bit more time to dry but the outcome is wonderful and saved us thousands on getting a new duct installed.
We had an issue with a defective idler pulley within a week of delivery, but we called whirlpool and they sent out a service guy, Sal, from Via who did a fantastic job and all is working great.
