Exceeded expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far after two weeks this dryer has exceeded our expectations. We expected longer drying times and damp clothes. It's not happening. It's drying faster that our conventional dryer. Because our dryer vent runs up a wall and between ceiling and floor, this dry is a superb alternative to internal venting with wet floors and lent everywhere. Now our laundry room is dry and clean. My wife loves it.

Too Soon To Know

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only used twice and both times I needed to run longer than the program I chose. Will take a bit longer to understand the controls. Hope it lasts as long as the Kenmore (24 years) I have replaced it with.

Reducing carbon footprint with better technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 20+ year old dryer finally gave up the ghost. I'm not one to run out and buy new stuff (I repaired the last one a few times). But I know now that the moisture-sensor tech is going to help me save energy. And the heat-pump technology that I'm now using in my house is super-efficient. So it was really time to upgrade.
Since I have solar panels, I am trying to move more stuff to energy efficient electrical equipment as well.
I have been pleased with the functionality and the electric bill so far. The clothes seem more gently treated, and the power use is down. I think this will be the right choice for me.

Needed ventless dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer works great. Took some time to get used to the new operating technology. The filter door covering the HybridCare Filter does not latch properly. No matter what I do it sticks out. This is disappointing, afraid it will be damaged at some point. Cleaning the cooling fan screen is difficult as the fan is located on the back lower right side of the dryer. Dryer must be pulled away from wall to vacuum monthly. Other than those things, I feel that the dryer performs well.
