[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased this and it has been a great addition. I would say that the buttons are extremely sensitive (the wrong way). I spend too much time trying to turn on the power and push start. I do not want to ruin the button but find myself wanting to push it harder rather than just a certain touch in the "right" spot.

Love that it tries to save energy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall performance is good, though with most loads I’ve had to manually adjust the dryness setting to “more” rather than the default. I “get” that the unit is trying to save energy but seems odd that the default setting leaves a normal load of clothes with a bunch of damp articles. Controls are easy to use and I like that I can adjust the settings beyond the default. Not much quieter if at all quieter than the 14-year old whirlpool it replaced.
