Perfect Fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to get a better fit in the laundry room. I didn't have to sacrifice capacity with this model. Looks great and washes even better. So many options including the load and go which is so conconvient!

Problem with spin cycle

Purchased on Feb. 3 and delivered on Feb. 6. Clothes seemed to come out extremely wet and of course took a long time to dry. Factory service came out and found that too much soap was dispensing because of incorrect water softness. Did the drain and spin numerous times but over two weeks clothes still coming out wet. Called factory service again. They came out, ran diagnostic test, called someone who authorized a computer replacement - spin cycle not spinning properly. This should not happen with new machine - apparently is a problem with this particular model. Hopefully will be fixed with third trip from factory service after part which had to be ordered comes in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this machine with intention being American and to promote American Product but regretted about performance. It operates with loud sound like a jet aroplane.I would not recommend to any one.

Great but touchy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, LOVE IT!! its quiet, big & fast... however the detergent volume adjuster seems to lose its previous position, forcing me to check it with every wash... other than that - great unit, hope it lasts for a decade :)
