Easy to use and works great.

The washer is excellent. Originally had a front loader that "died". Mother board went bad and no parts were available in the U.S. That is why I purchased Whirlpool. My husband recently returned from a job in Ohio and he met a lot of people there who worked for Whirlpool.Very nice!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I needed to use the machine in a hurry while we were moving into our new house. Without reading the instructions I used the machine. It worked just fine. I finally read the instructions a week later.

I wasn't sure I wanted a front loader but I am glad I got this model. The clothes are clean and the washer holds quite a bit.

not the cleanliness i was expecting

I LOVE the financial savings, but it does NOT clean as well as my old top loader. Apparently, that is a common factor for front loaders. It takes very little water and is only 7 cents a load! I can not load as many clothes as I did with my top loader. If I fill it full it does not get everything clean.

Leaking

We have had this since September, had someone out 2x already, the boot replaced due to leaking and it still leaks. After every wash there is a pool of water sitting on the bottom of the boot and that is where it leaks. Very frustrating... I don't have the money to keep taking off work for all this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely happy with the product. My choices were limited due to the space available for installation, and the duet has all the features I was hoping for in a washer and dryer irrelevant of the size

Great Machine

I love it, especially the fast spin cycle. Previously I couldn't get my clothes dry due the machine leaving too much water in them. I have cut my electric bill anywhere from 50 kw - 75 kw per month. The savings is in the drying time. Great Job.My one and only one complaint is that I used to many cloths on the Small Load cycle and it didn't get much of the water out of it on the spin. Don't know if this is a problem on only my machine or what.
