Overall good product, Con start button not great & menu does

Cleans well and is quiet, have to look to see if it is running at times. Con's Start button doesn't work well, Dispensor try sticks, and menu doesn't handle small loads well for the various cycles.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Since this isn't a top of the line washer, but one that fit in my price range, I feel it is a pretty good machine so far. (I know some people have had problems after a few months so I am really hoping that doesn't happen to me!) It has the options I have needed and since it's in the basement noise hasn't been a factor. If it were closer to living/dining space I think it would be somewhat noisy and annoying at times. The clothes come out clean, fresh and much dryer than my old top-load.For someone looking for a front-load washer that can't afford the top of the line I feel this has been a good option ... so far. If it will keep running without problems until I can afford a higher end version I will be a satisfied customer.

Easy to use. Gets clothes clean and drys in no time

Needed a smaller unit as it was going in a laundry closet that is only 32" deep. Handles king size blanket with no problem. Drys quite fast, and is quiet. Love the stacked units.

Because we are down to a family of two, this wash machine works great for us. Only had a few months now, but love it. Love the way it spins the water out so well. Takes up much less drying time!

I was aggravated when my husband announced that my Christmas gift was a washer and dryer. Hmmm ? why get a new washer/dryer? Didn?t he know I?d much rather have a trip to California? Alaska? New York? Or perhaps tickets to our team?s football season? Or perhaps a new TV? Besides, with a fist-banging in a certain ?sweet spot? on the old washer it worked fine. And, if I hung towels outside for a few hours, they could fluff up nicely in the dryer that otherwise would have to run through two cycles to dry them sufficiently. So who needed a new washer and dryer? Surprise! I did! And, goodness, do I love the Whirlpool?s that he picked out. Perfect in every way!! It has also made our African Grey very happy! He has promptly ?fallen in love? with the new washer ? when it?s cycle is complete the washer makes a sound very similar to the sound of a perfectly tuned ukulele (as in ?My dog has fleas?) and our African Grey repeats that sound quite lovingly and quite frequently! We?re all happy here

the only problem I've had with the dryer is in drying 2 or 3 smaller items such as t-shirts. they bunch up on the fins, don't dry well, and come out very wrinkled.
