Loud washer

We could not believe how loud this washer is. I had to replace my old washer cause the main bearing went out. I realized this because the washer sounded like a machine gun when it was in the spin cycle. When we ran our first load through this washer it sounded the same. I called and had a tech come out. He said there was nothing wrong with the washer and sometimes they need to be broken in. Well it has been a month and it is still very noisy and vibrates a lot when on the spin cycle. I even ran the washer without anything I it and I could see it was vibrating. Not happy with it and will most likely look at another brand when this one needs replacement. Very disappointed cause we where looking forward to a even quieter washer when we bought this one. I guess they just don't make them like they used to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love how this machine cleans

I don't think it's worth to pay more for LCD screens and such on a machine... really, this machine does the job that it was meant to do and that is to clean. I am a married, masculine man and doing laundry is an enjoyable chore to do on my "honey-do" list because this machine is easy to use.

Great features and capacity!

have used it for a month along with the companion dryer and I am very pleased. Love the large capacity and variety of featured options. The spinning can get a bit noisy for our location inside the family room but it is not unbearable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to Use

I've this machine since the end of last year and it's working well. The only issue I've had is that sometimes it becomes unbalanced and it cannot properly complete the cycle. It keeps attempting to spin but cannot. The drum seems to "float" unlike a previous front loader I had or like those in laudromats.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We've only had this washer for a few days, but I already love it. It is so quiet sometimes I have to open the laundry room door to make sure I hit start! It is super easy to use and works wonderfully. It's nice to finally have a washing machine that works!
