I love this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator, although it is not the one I picked out at the store. By the time it was delivered and installed, I realized that it was not the one I had ordered but then was too difficult to demand a return and switch. I was very disappointed. I thought I was getting the one with the obsidian interior and LED lights in the back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good refrigerator. It is about what I expected. A little pricey. The key here will be its durability. I do like the way its ice machine works - does not 'block up' like my previous Thermadore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this 42” refrigerator to replace a 25 year old Kitchenaid 42 Superba. Our new Jenn-Air 42” was the logical replacement. The design and function of the new unit has a very high end appearance with a good build quality. We would’ve given a score of 10 out of 10 if Jenn-Air would have gone the extra point and provided a wine bottle holder, egg tray and a butter tray( holder) for ten thousand plus dollars. You have to make sure the installers use extreme caution while placing the glass shelving and drawers with the elegant black interior can be scratched easily as ours was.

Better than subzero

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After countless hours comparing this to Subzero we decided on JennAir and couldn’t be happier. For one, aesthetically the JennAir is much nicer especially the interior. It also keeps everything fresh much longer than other refrigerators (by a lot) and is identical in this respect to Subzero. The price is the same but you might get lucky with JennAir promo whereas Subzero rarely has them. Then there’s the fact that you can actually match it to your other appliances. While SubZero, Cove, and Wolf are all one, they really aren’t and look totally different.
This refrigerator is amazing! Very happy with everything. Only drawback is that the water dispenser is pretty small (same as SubZero). You can put a 12 ounce glass under it basically. But the fact that it has this on the outside is huge since all high end refrigerators lack this feature due to aesthetics.

Improvement over previous appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the appliance last September and it was finally delivered last month. Missing in the refrigerator portion was a place to put butter and a rack for a wine bottle. Otherwise than those two shortcomings we are ok with the appliance.
