Clock Display cannot be turned on and is only displayed when unit is in use, which is of no value if this is the only clock in your kitchen. Totally unusable clock feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LG microwave in about 10 years. The price, appearance and LG name made it a real value. The touch screen works great, wish it was back lit for easier viewing but it's good enough. The interior is spacious and the wheel turns the food evenly without the hesitation that many other microwaves have.

Very nice Microwave/ not a disappointment at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Microwave oven several months ago and so far so good. One of the cooking options is "Rice". I probably use that button more than any of the others. I can't stay it is any faster than if you used a rice cooker or cooked it on the stove but, I don't have to babysit it or dirty a pot or kettle. If all I need is enough rice for two people I just put the rice and water in a glass cereal bowl with high sides, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and hit the rice button and then go clean house or watch tv etc... Then about 20-30 minutes goes by I take it out of the microwave and it is perfect rice. I use it for more than rice but I am just saying I like that feature.

Clean and stylish with power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been a couple of weeks now that the unit and trim kit has been installed and is looks great. The trim kit provides a clean and stylish look and overal looks very pro.
The microwave has tons of room on the inside and does a great job cooking.
For power savings the front digi clock turns off after 5 minutes which is nice considering it’s a power saving feature, but it’s the only clock in the kitchen. Would have liked an option to set this to stay on. Otherwise, the unit and trim kit are great!

Think twice before you buy

You have to wonder about an appliance that dies after 6 months of very light use. Although it was repaired under warranty and works now, what happens when it dies after another six months. I bought LG because of the perceived quality of their product line. I'll think trwice before buying another LG product. There is a descrepancy between the warranty time listed on-line and the manual that was included with the appliance. On-line: 1 yr parts & labor, manual: 2 yrs part & labor. Which is correct?
