Microwave Oven is quiet and powerful

The quietness and power of the microwave oven impressed me. The oven also fit directly into the opening of my cupboard without requiring any modifications. Other similar sized and powered ovens were either too wide or too tall.

My mircorwave oven is stainless, easy to clean, with a truecook plus feature that makes it cool to cook and not burn my food. frozen entree feature works good for my frozen beef and chicken and vegies defrost great using the vegies defrost button. What a wow! micro wave.

This oven is of good quality

We are enjoying the LG microwave oven. The gray interior is classy and easy to keep clean. It is very roomy inside. The chart of the different settings adhered right above the opening is very convenient. It is the only microwave I've ever seen with a softening feature, including an ice cream setting. It has good power and the various settings are helpful, especially the Sensor setting.

great features size and ease of use

I am really pleased with the product however, it took 2 returns (one for scratches and one for a noisy microwave generator). The first trim kit had scratches on it and after installing the second one, I am pleased with my purchase. Quality control is my only complaint.

Only lasted 15 months

Making rattling, arcing sound, display flashes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Barely 1 year old and it started to make a loud arcing sound about 3 months ago, and now display flashes at random. Expect it's will fail soon and purchased with the expectation it would last more than 1 year. We purchased this brand new and it has a 1 year warranty which expired in March 2016, we bought it March 2015. Rattle started right around March 2016, and display recently started making a flashing pattern seen in video while arcing sound persists.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
