Roomy and is very nice looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I both this about two months ago but due to shipping issues only got it two weeks ago. I love the refrigerator and all the features. I am concerned about a noise when the motor and fan comes on. It is like something is hitting another component.

Love this 5-door French Door!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG, what a beautiful refrigerator. Because of the awesome layout, it seems so much bigger than my previous 26 cu feet refrigerator. Plus, its quiet. We decided to by US made refrigerator after Samsung ice maker issues. We got tired of defrosting ice maker every week. Major improvement over previous refrigerator. The only downside I can see is water/ice maker dispenser not tall enough and water splatters versus streams. This is minor compared to issues with Samsung mode. I'm hoping all the positives of american made will outweigh what I had before and lasts longer that Samsung that went down hill at 1 year mark. Love it!!!! Also, had little dent upon arrival and KitchenAid is working to make it right. Great customer service!! That speaks volumes!!!

Worth the Wait!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this refrigerator. Waited about a year for it to come off back order. The freezer drawer has tons of space with two sliding shelves plus the main drawer, making it easy to organize and find stuff. The fridge…the only negative is there really isn’t a great space for tall things like wine, milk, OJ. The adjustable half shelves help but leaves a space in the back that really doesn’t get used. The design makes it easy to see and retrieve everything (except behind the tall beverages). The drawers roll in/out so smoothly and seem sturdy. The extra little space for butter, cheese, etc is really nice for small things. The drawers accessible from the outside- perfect design. I use one for meat and has already done its job of containing a surprise leak, cleanup and sanitizing after the meat leak was a breeze. I use the other drawer for grab n go snacks. The water n ice dispenser is great, I find we actually drink more water now that we have this. Even though it doesn’t have the smudge free guard it somehow really doesn’t get smudges, so very happy on that note. Overall, we really love this refrigerator and so glad we waited for it to arrive!

Keep my food fresher longer

My vegies last a week longer and all the compartments are a bonus and the ice maker is awesome, it makes enough for the family. I also have Kitchen aid mixer, dish washer, toaster over and next purchase will be a gas stove with 2 ovens. kitchen aid coat more however worth it for quility.

Love my new refrigerator

If you do not use it fast enough it melts and leaks. I had to purchase a gray and put in the freezer, make ice and dump it in the tray and store in the the freezer. The design needs work. I also miss the storage in the door where the water and ice access is. Yes I knew this would happen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator July 2016, noticed a few observable issues. The water dispenser sprays out in a strong wide stream and causes water to go everywhere. Water should dispense in a straight stream into the glass, no mess. The water dispenser lower removable plate does not stay or lock in place.
Recently (Nov 2016) noticed water and ice buildup on the bottom freezer door seal. Cleaned all ice and water from seal and ensured a good seal and door is closing properly. Water is still leaking into the lower freezer door and freezing up on the seals and inside the bin. Water was also noticed leaking from the back of the ice maker as well.
