Would be great if fridge ran good but it doesn’t.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this and first one was lemon. No ice and door sensors broke so always beeping and inside light would stay on until timed out and then would never be on. Thank fully menards got us another one which works but runs incredibly noisy which I still need to get figured out. When you spend that kind of money I don’t think you should have to experience all these issues. Would love for someone to reach out and correct this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have had our frig for about 5 months, so far so good. what a beauty this one is. sometimes to this day, we will open the top frig part and go "ahhhhhhhhh"...lol. a very well appointed refrigerator, drawers open and close gently, proper temperature and lighting galore. never thought i would pay this much for a frig, but i am glad i did. as the saying goes "you get what you pay for".....highly recommend.

Broken- so disappointed

We have owned our fridge for just over a year and a half and almost all the features are broken. It no longer makes ice, the water will just randomly shoot out of the door. The control panel in the drawer no longer works. We got home from thanksgiving vacation and it wasn’t cooling at all and all of our frozen food was melting. All the ice had melted and ruined the laminate floor. Very sad that my fancy fridge is already useless. And the 2-5 year warranty doesn’t look to cover it. Very very disappointing

Love our Multi Door Kitchenaid Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love how much space you get in the main body of the frig and then to have the extra drawer space for veggies and deli cheese / meats works out so well for us.
One other thing, it is very quiet!

Fridgeno longer cools

When i remodeled ny kitchen i purchased all Kitchen Aid appliances. After reading the reviews seems im having the same issues as every one else. After 2 years fridge no longer cools. Trying to contact service however after 3 calls on hold for over 45 min gave up. Now seeing so many having the exact same issue im being forced to no longer use Whirlpool products. Its a shame to see such a staple company become worthless carring more about the sale and no longer focussing on customer support, thats obvious to all when you try to actually get any. Sad, good by Whirpool!

Waste of Money

Do not buy this fridge. Ours went out (stopped cooling) after only 4 years (electrical issue) and was deemed "non-repairable". This was after 2 "repair visits". Also, Kitchenaid has the worst customer service ever. After being on hold for an hour, they were not helpful at all. It is a terrible product.

Not happy at all!

I bought this refrigerator 4 years ago. First two years it worked fine. Have had problems ever since. This year, which is year four, had fan replaced and complete board. Can’t believe that this expensive refrigerator has been nothing but problems. Currently I have been without a refrigerator for one month while waiting for parts and continued repairs! Beware if you purchase this. Like I said, first few years were fine, then issues started. The main issue is that the refrigerator does not cool at the correct temperature. Lost quite a bit of food in the process.

Poor Quality

I have been happy with my other Kitchenaid appliances, but after spending an arm and a leg on this fridge, am sorely disappointed. My sister bought the same one after I did and has already replaced hers. We've had to have a repairman work on it twice already! The front has rusted (how does stainless steel rust?) even though I've used the approved products. The ice maker is a waste of space. The door does not have enough insulation to keep the ice cubes from melting! Do not buy this product
