[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the refrigerator installed in my new home at the end of November 2022. I really like the features and the look however the measured water does not provide the correct amount of water (much less)so I don't use it. There are two small drawers in the main bottom part of the frig and I have no idea what they are for as nothing seems to fit into them- maybe scallions? The filter has been impossible for me to turn and retract so I'm getting help from a neighbor. Would I recommend it- yes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fridge was delivered about 5 months ago. So far it has been amazing, love the drawers for fruit and cheese. Everything is so organized and easy to find. My only concern is the top freezer drawer front keeps popping off when I try to open it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the organized space. I don't have to dig around to get to what I am looking for. Everything has a place right at my fingertips. There is no wasted space. Nothing is hidden or hard to reach. One of my favorite things is the butter/cheese space in the front. The crisper drawer puts fresh veggies at a quick grab without opening the door. The freezer is large and so well thought out. Due to the two shallow drawers inside the main drawer, everything is easy to find. There is no digging through anymore. Even large items, like pizza or family-boxed meals, have a large pocket in the front. Amazingly, because the space is so well used, large items don't even affect the drawer space. This is an amazing tool and I am super happy with our purchase.

Can't find Air Filter Status Indicator

So far, no problems with refrigerator, BUT I am finding it impossible to find the replacement part "Air Filter Status Indicator" (triangle shaped)! Can't find the part on Whirlpool or Kitchenaid sites, EVEN WITH THE PART NUMBER!! This should never happen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In fact, I had the refrigerator for about two weeks before I realized there were three different places to place items in my freezer. The bottom of the freezer plus two shelves. I am very happy with my choice of the KitchenAid refrigerator
