Makes noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is very nice but when the compressor is on, it’s very noisy unusually noisy. I’m going to send it back and get another one.

Loving the build quality and interior space.

Horrible product and internal design

This fridge is garbage. It lasted two years for us until it stopped cooling. We bought the extended warranty, they’ve sent out a technician 5 times, all who have told us they can’t fix it. They’ve replaced every part and now they’re replacing parts they’ve already replaced. The store is pointing fingers at the repair company who is pointing fingers at the warranty company who’s pointing fingers at whirlpool. No one wants to take ownership for this and we’ve been stuck now for 8 months without an operational fridge. This is a LOT of fun with a family with two toddlers. Whirlpool knows the fridge was a poor design and have already resigned it due to these issues. Even knowing the fridge was garbage they are doing nothing to make it right to those who bought it. Horrible business practice, horrible product, horrible customer service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Useable space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The decision to pick this model even though it had less cubic feet capacity than the other models we considered, was due to the different useable spaces. So the drawers for the fridge made it more accommodating for smaller items like cheese slices.

Finally all the features thought out. Love the 3 drawer freezer with room for pizza! Only draw back is less room in door compartments! Just love it!!!!

I have been having a love/hate relationship with this refrigerator since I day I saw it. There is no need to repeat each of the complaints cited in the reviews below because I have experienced them ALL many times plus a warped and discolored bamboo kitchen floor. Two days ago, found the freezer gasket will not stay on the pullout freezer drawer. I was thrilled that maybe we found the culprit to our problems. Waiting for a replacement gasket. If it works I will report back. I won't hold my breath. This is the worst purchase that I have ever made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing Fridge!

This has to be one of the top fridges on the market. We’ve had this fridge for about 5 years and have had no problems . You can’t go wrong with it’s roomy features and ease of access.
