I think the filter that came with the fridge was defective. The shelving is strange and I need lots of space for condiments, which I thought this would have but it doesn't.

The one we had bought 7 years ago and already had no parts available for the circuit board which failed. We loved this refrigerator, so we bought it again hoping it will last 25 years!

We love this refrigerator! I appreciate that the 2 middle drawers close automatically which is a great feature.

Please beaware before purchasing

I purchased this fridge for my new home. It looks lovely, but you start having issues with power failure. It will just turn off and will display a power failure message. I have had several repairmen to my house for this fridge and they say it is probably the electrical board, but cannot guarantee that it will fix the problem. I am always nervous that my fridge will go out when we are away. I have to remove all items and put them in another fridge just in case it will turn off when we are not home. For the cost of this fridge, you should not have to do this with a KitchenAid. I have a friend that purchased the same fridge and she is experiencing the same issues. This is a manufacturing defect of some sort, but we spend so much money to have to keep investing money into this product. I am remodeling and very afraid to purchase other items because of this fridge. I did not realize I would spend more money by spending more on a premium product I thought. I don't have this type of money to invest in these types of products every few years.

Great fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love my new refrigerator, lots of room inside, easy to organize and keep neat. Having the drawers in front are very convenient for getting things that you use frequently and don’t have to open the big doors. Love the way the freezer is layer out, can easily organize and see what you have. I would highly recommend this refrigerator, I’m glad I purchased it instead of a side by side like I had before.
